Room Inspector Job Description

At the Kimpton Harper Hotel, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Room Inspector to join our team. As a Room Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect guest rooms to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Work with the housekeeping staff to provide direction on cleaning procedures
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure rooms are in good condition and repairs are made promptly
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months previous housekeeping experience required
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
