Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at Survival Products LLC.

The successful candidate will be responsible for completing tasks associated with each work package, which may include receiving and reviewing work packages, verifying tasks, testing and repacking life rafts, and assembling equipment accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Review incoming documentation and communicate with internal customers.
  2. Process documentation and add necessary information.
  3. Complete service work orders in Quantum.
  4. Test and pack products according to CMM standards.
  5. Assemble equipment thoroughly and efficiently.
  6. Identify when cylinders need hydro testing and open repair orders in Quantum.
  7. Receive parts from the stock room and verify with pick tickets.
  8. Complete corrective actions and call inspectors for in-process inspections.
  9. Verify complete units comply with CMM standards.
  10. Have knowledge of Quantum software.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
  2. Able to learn computer programs.
  3. Detail-oriented and able to lift 50 pounds.
  4. Experience with hand tools and good communication skills.
  5. Frequent bending and sitting.
