We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team at Paychex. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling Paychex HCM products and services to new and existing clients, growing our client base, and increasing profits.
Key Responsibilities- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize referred or self-generated leads to identify new business opportunities and expand our client base.
- Client Meetings and Needs Analysis: Meet with clients to understand their business needs and how Paychex HCM solutions can meet those needs.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Leverage the Go-to Market Sales Strategy to identify customer needs and present the Paychex solution to key stakeholders and decision makers.
- Quote Preparation and Negotiation: Prepare and present sales quotes and agreements to clients, addressing questions and concerns, and negotiating as needed to close sales.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Schedule appointments with new and existing clients to upsell and cross-sell HCM solutions.
- Client Implementation and Support: Work with Paychex partners to expedite the resolution of client implementation resolution issues and related customer issues.
- Education: Associate's Degree
- Experience: Preferred 1 year of experience in inside or outside business-to-business sales
