Job Title: Registered Nurse

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at The UVM Health Network - Home Health & Hospice. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 24-hour nursing care and assessment to pediatric clients with complex medical needs
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing learning and development sessions to enhance clinical skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of Vermont
  • Experience working with pediatric clients with complex medical needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
