The UVM Health Network - Home Health & Hospice is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Adult Home Health team. As a Community Health Nurse, you will deliver high-quality care to patients in their homes, providing a wide range of skilled nursing services while working to the top of your licensure. Our team is comprised of RNs, Physical Therapists, LPNs, LNAs, SLPs, and Social Workers, all working together to support patients in remaining living in their homes. This is a part-time position, with a weekly schedule of 20-29 hours. Requirements include greater than two years of home or public health nursing experience, or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired. Previous home care experience is desired, but not required. We are willing to train and develop a candidate who demonstrates a willingness and desire to learn home health nursing. Graduate nurses are considered for our Community Health Nurse I level. This position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time external applicants, prorated for part-time roles, and mileage reimbursement at Federal Gas Rates.
