About the Role

The Senior Analyst, FP&A will be a critical business partner to the functional teams, providing financial expertise and analysis to support business decisions. This role is based in San Francisco and will work closely with the Finance team, functional teams, and the centralized accounting team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and distribute functional budgets, track monthly financial performance, and identify risks and opportunities to forecasts.
  • Administer audit and tax requests, and ensure accurate monthly results reporting.
  • Own and develop functional cost center budgets, lead monthly financial review meetings, and distribute month-end spend reports.
  • Provide financial modeling to support internal decision making, create ad hoc reports, and prepare, review, and post journal entries.
  • Record and reconcile bonus and relocation expenses, handle intercompany transactions, and coordinate with Corporate Accounting.
  • Develop financial analysis and modeling for special projects, and build strong relationships with multiple layers of management.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong technical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within tight timeframes and deadlines.
  • SAP or ERP system experience a plus.
  • Public accounting experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Focus on identifying and implementing process improvement.
