Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Controller in managing daily financial operations.
- Prepare and verify financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Monitor financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Aid in closing processes and develop internal controls.

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail with the capacity to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with financial audits and compliance is advantageous.
