Job Summary:
As an HR Program Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering programmatic support within Government human resource functions, facilitating the smooth operation of daily activities.
Education and Experience:
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in providing assistance to technical writing and editing processes.
- Proven ability to ensure that technical documentation aligns with specific program requirements and effectively communicates essential information.
Essential Duties:
- Support Government human resource functions, including Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), workforce communications, employee recognition programs, and Federal Employee Health Benefits. Responsibilities include data entry, quality assurance, data analysis, technical writing, and creating/editing workforce communications on HR-related topics. Additionally, you will generate reports and disseminate workforce information using various web-based tools and databases.
- Assist customers by coordinating HR-related events, addressing inquiries, and guiding employees to appropriate resources for further assistance.
- Contribute to the NSWCDD Awards Program by managing award nomination forms, liaising with external sponsors, updating awards records, and facilitating the distribution of awards.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong oral and written communication skills, capable of engaging with personnel across all organizational levels.
