Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with expertise in Estate Planning and Elder Law to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Estate Planning and Elder Law, with excellent communication and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial consultations and devise strategies to meet clients' needs
  • Delegate work to paralegals and legal assistants, and monitor their work to ensure high-quality results
  • Prepare documents for sophisticated Estate Plans, including Long-Term Care Planning and Asset Protection strategies
  • Lead and participate in final meetings with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals
Qualifications
  • Active membership in the State Bar of Washington, with the possibility of Idaho and Oregon
  • Three to five years of legal experience in Elder Law, with a focus on Estate Planning and Administration
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Microsoft Office experience, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range of $75,000-$95,000 DOE, plus bonus
