About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Inpatient Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our mental health services team, you will deliver evidence-based interventions in one-on-one, family, and group therapy settings. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and facilitating therapeutic counseling sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct one-on-one, group, and family psychoeducational and process groups.
  • Develop treatment plans and attend treatment planning meetings and reviews on an ongoing basis.
  • Assess environment and patient's safety status and reports/responds to actual and potential safety issues or changes in the patients condition.
  • Identify risk factors, screening criteria, and interventions for patients with special precautions (e.g., suicide, homicide, falls, elopement).
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of employment.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) certification within 30 days of employment start date.
