  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance knowledge and skills in patient safety and observation.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous hospital experience preferred.
  • Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing as applicable.
  • Knowledge of guidelines for infection control, body substance precautions, patient safety, and body mechanics.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation.
