About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality and safety initiatives, you will be responsible for developing and implementing performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and quality of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and quality of care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive change and improve outcomes
  • Conduct data analysis and provide insights to inform quality improvement initiatives
  • Develop and maintain quality and safety metrics and reports
  • Provide education and training to staff on quality and safety initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science or higher degree in Nursing required
  • Three years of experience in a hospital or outpatient clinical role
  • One year of experience in a quality management and/or patient safety, risk management, decision support or similar information analysis role
Preferred Qualifications
  • CPHQ - Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (NAHQ)
  • CPPS - Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CBPPS)
