Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Primrose School of East Windsor. As a Toddler/Early Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our 1-3 year old students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth in young children.
  • Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love of learning and encourages children to explore and discover.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective educational program.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress and well-being.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Requirements
  • One year+ experience working in a preschool or early childhood education setting.
  • Strong knowledge of child development principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth.
