As a Behavioral Support Specialist at Maxim Healthcare Services, you will play a vital role in providing direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Administering medications and monitoring health conditions
- Implementing behavior support plans and ensuring a safe environment
- Documenting and reporting any changes in behavior or health status
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Key Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. You will be responsible for:
- Providing emotional support and guidance to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Assisting with daily routines and activities, such as grooming, dressing, and meal preparation
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in behavior or health status

Requirements:
