Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Uniqlo Co., Ltd. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales goals, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by listening to customer needs, finding products that meet their needs, and closing sales.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales goals by utilizing effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with management and colleagues to achieve sales goals and resolve customer issues.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product information, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Operational Tasks: Perform operational tasks such as processing shipments, managing inventory, and maintaining cash handling procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Math Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts, including discounts and percentages.
  • Scheduling: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.
