We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Analyst to join our team at VCI Construction. As a key member of our safety team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company safety policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular safety observations and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Develop and implement effective safety training programs for employees, focusing on behavior-based safety practices.
- Collaborate with field personnel to identify and mitigate safety risks, and provide guidance on safety procedures and protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of safety observations, inspections, and training programs.
- Conduct incident investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- 2-3 years of experience in safety-related roles, preferably in the construction industry.
- OSHA certification(s) preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on safety and compliance.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
VCI Construction offers a competitive salary range of $72,800 - $76,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
