Safety Analyst

The Safety Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring personnel compliance with company safety policies and regulations. This position will be responsible for creating and maintaining a strong safety program through focused employee training, regular observations, and inspections in the field.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive safety program to ensure regulatory compliance
- Conduct regular safety observations and inspections to identify potential hazards
- Mentor field personnel on safety and health issues
- Utilize electronic platforms to document safety observations and incidents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a safe working environment
- 2-3 years of safety-related experience
- OSHA safety certification(s) preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check and company drug screening
- Strong written and oral communication skills
