Safety Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Analyst to join our team at VCI Construction. As a Safety Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, customers, and the general public.

• Develop and implement effective safety policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on safety protocols and procedures.
• Investigate incidents and accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with management and employees to develop and implement safety-related initiatives.

• 2-3 years of experience in a safety-related role.
• OSHA certification (or equivalent) and knowledge of relevant regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
