Job Summary:

Marcotte Ford Sales Inc is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
  • Vehicle Selection: Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Product Knowledge: Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
  • Optional Equipment: Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
  • Rapport Building: Build strong rapport with customers.
  • Presentation and Demonstration: Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
  • Reporting: Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Car sales experience is preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong listening and verbal communication skills, strong focus and desire to achieve sales goals, strong phone skills and computer skills.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Valid/Clean Driver's License.

  • Compensation: $15.00 per hour plus commission.
