Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Express Bay Technician to join our team at Marcotte Ford Sales Inc. As an Automotive Technician Lead, you will work in a fast-paced environment, responsible for servicing our guests' vehicles and ensuring quality workmanship of your team.


Key Responsibilities
  • Inspire teamwork through leading by example
  • Perform light maintenance, including LOF, rotate, filters, lights, align, and other tasks
  • Perform Ford recalls and multi-point vehicle inspections
  • Oversee execution of all processes and maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Train new staff and maintain shop equipment

Requirements
  • 2 years of Automotive experience, with Ford experience a plus
  • 1 year of Lead Tech/Supervisor experience, not required but a plus
  • Exceptional customer service skills and positive friendly attitude
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow direction
  • Be a team player and possess basic computer skills
  • Ability to drive manual transmissions and stand, kneel, or squat throughout a normal workday
  • Leadership skills and power and hand tools
