We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at MLee Healthcare. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients effectively and create personalized treatment plans tailored to their needs.
  • Facilitate timely discharge planning by assessing equipment needs and identifying relevant community resources.
  • Design and implement treatment interventions in line with current therapy practices.
  • Delegate and supervise the established care plan, ensuring support personnel are appropriately guided.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to discuss patient progress and treatment responses.
Qualifications:
  • Licensed by the Minnesota Board of Occupational Therapy Practice.
  • Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers Certification.
  • Advanced experience or Lymphedema Certification preferred.
  • Hand Therapy experience, certification not required.
  • Neurological experience preferred.
Schedule:

80 hours every 2 weeks, with a mix of weekday and weekend shifts, including some holidays.
