*Your Role*
* *Patient-Centered Care*: Assess and treat patients in Willmar, MN. that includes SNF setting. Home health is also a possibility based upon interest level and SNF needs.
* *Documentation*: Maintain comprehensive patient records.
* *Program Development*: Plan, market, and create innovative Occupational Therapy programs.
* *Effective Communication*: Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and staff.
* *Education*: Conduct in-services for fellow staff therapists.
* *Department Support*: Assist in the department's overall operation and supervise COTAs in accordance with state regulations as necessary.

*Qualifications & Benefits*

*Requirements*
* Bachelor's (B.A., B.S.), Master's (M.A., M.S.), or Doctorate (OTD) in Occupational Therapy.
* Graduate of a certified Occupational Therapy program.
* Possess or be eligible for state licensure.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay: $37.29 - $47.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
