Job Summary

The Executive Support Professional will play a critical role in supporting senior staff members and contributing to the organization's success. This position requires excellent organizational, technical, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Coordinate events, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior staff members.
  • Document Preparation: Develop and edit documents, reports, and presentations to support business objectives.
  • Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars, coordinate schedules, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Data Analysis: Create and maintain accurate reports and spreadsheets using specialized software.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma and four years of administrative experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in office software, email applications, and other relevant tools.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Initiative and Independence: Demonstrated ability to complete projects independently and make sound decisions.
  • Customer Service: Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
