The Technical Training Specialist will be instrumental in equipping our workforce with the necessary skills to deliver outstanding customer service and adhere to company standards. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Engaging with the Corporate Training Director and Service Managers/Supervisors to pinpoint and fulfill technical training requirements.
  • Creating and developing comprehensive technical training modules utilizing diverse instructional strategies and technologies.
  • Conducting both in-person and virtual training sessions aimed at the continuous improvement of our employees and clients.
  • Analyzing post-training feedback to assess the effectiveness of courses; revising training materials to enhance educational outcomes.
  • Collaborating with the Training Administrative Assistant on logistical aspects such as travel arrangements, scheduling, and material preparation.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest industry advancements and technologies by attending relevant training and conferences.
  • Traveling to various locations as necessary to deliver training.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • 4-6 years of experience in a dealer service environment or a 2-4 year technical degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer applications including DBS, SIS, ServiceLink, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational abilities, goal-oriented mindset, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training content is essential.
  • Familiarity with the products we offer and service is advantageous.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, self-driven, with the capability to identify training needs.
