Position Overview

The Food Preparation Specialist is tasked with the setup, culinary preparation, organization, sanitation, and production of food and beverage items, alongside the closing and storage procedures for their designated workstation.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Oversee the setup and execution of daily preparation and organization of individual workstations.
  • Prepare and store all necessary food items in accordance with the company's quality standards.
  • Communicate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef regarding any special product needs or issues with food quality or presentation.
  • Adhere to proper cooking techniques for station items as directed by the Chef(s).
  • Receive and properly store all goods acquired by the kitchen as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of personal work areas and the kitchen, including equipment, counters, tools, and waste areas.
  • Report any Member/Guest complaints to the supervisor immediately and engage in service recovery as needed.
  • Interact with Members/Guests in a professional manner, accommodating changes and last-minute requests as necessary.

Candidate Profile

  • 1-2 years of culinary experience is preferred.
  • A high school diploma is preferred.
