  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.
  • Ensure all campaign assets are compliant with publisher advertising policies.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Maintain detailed records of campaign activities, timelines, and results.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of campaign processes and strategies.
  • Provide email and phone support to clients, users, and advertisers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Document all client interactions and resolutions accurately, ensuring proper follow-up and client satisfaction.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, providing input on campaign strategies, and sharing best practices.

Requirements:

  • Detailed-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized.
  • Ability to think critically and objectively.
  • Strong ability to manage and track multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using common business tools such as SalesForce, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Slack.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create and maintain detailed reports on campaign performance.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and software as needed.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Proactive in identifying potential issues and troubleshooting problems as they arise.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in a marketing, advertising, or related role.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Experience with helpdesk software such as Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with 1-3 years of experience.
