Medical Assistant Healthcare Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Certified Medical Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional patient care and support healthcare professionals in a fast-paced clinical environment.
About the Role:
- Provide health coaching or intervention telephonically or in person for assigned health programs.
- Utilize data systems containing patient information and document information accurately.
- Assist in identifying areas for health management programs.
- Monitor quality indicators and develop strategies for improvement.
- Develop educational materials for patients and providers.
- Implement health management activities and programs.
- Facilitate programs and emphasize medium-risk patients.
- Conduct research and analysis of reports.
- Assist in developing strategies to increase effectiveness and participation in health management programs.
Requirements:
- Associate Degree in Medical Assisting or successful completion of post-secondary Medical Assistant Program.
- Three years of clinical experience.
- Certified Medical Assistant through the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) or Registered Medical Assistant through American Medical Technologists (AMA).
