We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Medical Care Coordinator. In this role, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to patients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Carry out physician orders, including assisting with procedures, administering injections, performing phlebotomy, and taking patient calls.
  • Assist with exam room preparation and maintenance, conduct patient interviews, and perform minor procedures as needed.
  • Triage patients by telephone or in person, implement physician orders, and report results to patients and their families.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Carolina.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Basic first aid knowledge.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
