Main Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers within a defined market.
- Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and profitability with major accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Meet and exceed sales targets for Regional Molecular ID NOW initiatives.
- Support Account Executives in developing and accelerating molecular sales opportunities.
- Promote effective regional Molecular support and training programs.
- Maintain necessary certifications and adhere to Vendor Credentialing standards.
- Offer strategic guidance on various molecular sales approaches.
- Participate in training initiatives, focusing on both technical and sales aspects.
- Analyze sales data to optimize the sales process.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as sales, marketing, or business management.
- At least 5 years of successful sales experience with a proven track record.
- Training or certification in laboratory product sales and the diagnostics industry is highly desirable.
- Significant overnight travel is required for this role.
