About the Role

This position plays a crucial part in achieving our molecular sales goals for the Northern CA territory.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers within a defined market.
  2. Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and profitability with major accounts.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets for Regional Molecular ID NOW initiatives.
  5. Support Account Executives in developing and accelerating molecular sales opportunities.
  6. Promote effective regional Molecular support and training programs.
  7. Maintain necessary certifications and adhere to Vendor Credentialing standards.
  8. Offer strategic guidance on various molecular sales approaches.
  9. Participate in training initiatives, focusing on both technical and sales aspects.
  10. Analyze sales data to optimize the sales process.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as sales, marketing, or business management.
  • At least 5 years of successful sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Training or certification in laboratory product sales and the diagnostics industry is highly desirable.
  • Significant overnight travel is required for this role.
