Job Position Description

As a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager, you will lead our construction projects with a 'One Team' mentality, managing production crews and job assignments while following PuroClean production guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively oversee all aspects of the production processes and customers' needs
  • Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including contractors and subcontractors
  • Identify areas for improvement and manage relationships with centers of influence
  • Manage production, pricing schedules, estimate details, and coordinate with GM/Owner
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project progress
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities, costs, and timelines
  • Leave jobsites with an orderly appearance and follow uniform and policy guidelines
  • Communicate and manage customer concerns with GM/Owner effectively
  • Maintain cleanliness of products and equipment to the highest standard
  • Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor, and fellow technicians
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the restoration industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly and effectively
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools
  • Being fluent in Spanish would be a big plus for this position
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Clean background check subject to applicable law
