Position Overview

We are in search of a customer-oriented valet operations manager who will oversee the valet services at a premier hotel location. Our mission is to deliver exceptional parking experiences, and we are looking for friendly and approachable individuals who are committed to enhancing guest satisfaction.

OVERNIGHT POSITION

Availability required during operational hours

Compensation: $14/hour plus tips

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example to foster positive interactions between team members and guests.
  • Oversee operations by demonstrating expertise in customer service, parking management, and accurate reporting.
  • Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools and information to perform their roles effectively.
  • Collaborate with the valet team to guarantee timely service for all guests.
  • Train and mentor staff to uphold high standards of service and hospitality.
  • Implement service recovery strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Maintain a professional appearance for yourself and your team while on duty.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
  • Friendly demeanor towards guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle.
