Key Responsibilities
  • Emergency Medical Response:
    • Provide immediate medical care in response to accidents, injuries, or medical emergencies occurring on the construction site.
    • Assess and stabilize injured or ill workers, administer appropriate medical interventions, and coordinate transportation to a medical facility if necessary.
    • Maintain thorough documentation of all medical assessments, treatments, and interventions.
  • Injury Prevention and Safety:
    • Conduct regular safety walks to identify potential risks.
    • Collaborate with the project team to implement preventive measures.
    • Provide ongoing education and training to workers on topics such as first aid, CPR, workplace safety, and injury prevention.
  • Health Assessment and Monitoring:
    • Implement and oversee the workplace wellness program, including health screenings, assessments, education, and preventative care to all onsite partners.
    • Monitor and manage employee health concerns, such as workplace injuries, illnesses, and exposure to hazardous materials.
    • Manage client's onsite drugs of abuse program.
  • Medical Equipment and Supplies Management:
    • Ensure the availability and proper function of medical equipment, supplies, and medications necessary for emergency care and first aid.
    • Conduct regular inventory checks, maintain stock levels, and oversee the storage and organization of medical supplies.
    • Maintain cleanliness of the onsite clinic and office.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all medical incidents, treatments, and follow-up care provided to workers.
    • Prepare incident reports, injury logs, and other documentation required for regulatory compliance and internal reporting purposes.
    • Communicate effectively with management, project team, and external agencies.
  • Other Duties:
    • Build lasting relationships with our internal and external partners.
    • Integrate with the client project team to support client objectives and programs.
    • Other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in a pre-hospital or clinical environment, along with OSHA 30 Construction certification and BLS for Healthcare Providers Certification. A strong understanding of occupational health and safety regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in unpredictable situations are also essential.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, and provides opportunities for professional growth and development.
