Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrophysiology Technician to join our team at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett Colby Campus. As an Electrophysiology Technician, you will be responsible for assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias and other heart conditions.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the performance of electrophysiology procedures, including catheter ablations and pacemaker implantations.
  • Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including electrophysiology machines and imaging devices.
  • Prepare and maintain patient records, including medical histories and procedure reports.
  • Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest medical technologies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience as an Electrophysiology Technician or related field.
  • Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and ARRT or RCIS or RCES.
  • Experience with Phillips equipment and Mckesson software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Work Environment

This position will be working in a Level II Trauma Center with a total of 571 staffed beds. The work environment is dynamic and requires the ability to adapt to changing situations.
