Job Title: Electrophysiology Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Electrophysiology Technician to join our team at TotalMed Staffing. As an Electrophysiology Technician, you will be responsible for assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac and other medical conditions using specialized equipment and techniques.

Responsibilities:

* Assist in the performance of electrophysiology procedures, including electrocardiograms and cardiac catheterizations
* Operate and maintain specialized equipment, such as electrocardiogram machines and cardiac catheterization labs
* Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the procedure and obtaining informed consent
* Assist in the collection and analysis of data, including electrocardiogram readings and other medical data
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Completion of a post-secondary program in electrophysiology technology or a related field
* Certification as an Electrophysiology Technician (CET) or equivalent
* 1-2 years of experience in electrophysiology or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
