About the Role

Citizens is seeking a skilled Private Client Financial Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our wealth management group, you will be responsible for providing personalized financial planning and investment advice to high net worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a High-Quality Wealth Management Practice: Create a tailored financial plan that meets the client's goals and objectives.
  • Enhance and Preserve Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key partners and centers of influence to drive client introductions and engagement.
  • Proactive Client Outreach: Promote Citizens Wealth Management capabilities to clients and prospects.
  • Grow Existing Relationships: Leverage partnership referrals to expand your client base.
  • Tailor Wealth Management Planning: Deliver customized financial solutions to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders: Utilize the knowledge of internal specialists to provide a range of services, including financial planning, investment management, insurance, and estate planning.
Requirements
  • Professional Certifications: Series 7, 63, 65 (or 66) active and valid.
  • Insurance Licenses: Valid, active Insurance Life/Health/Variable licenses required or must be obtained within 60 days of starting the role.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent experience in financial services.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in new business development and client book management.
  • Team-Oriented Environment: Proven experience working in a team-oriented consumer bank setting.
  • High-Net-Worth Experience: Familiarity with servicing high-net-worth individuals.
  • Dynamic Environment: Comfortable operating in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

Commissioned based. Individuals in this role have historically earned between $105,000 and $250,000 per year based on performance and productivity against commission plan parameters.
