Job Summary

We are seeking a Medical Specialist to join our team at one of our plasma donation centers. As a Medical Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of our donors, as well as providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct medical evaluations of donors to ensure their suitability for plasma donation
  • Administer medical treatments as needed to donors
  • Monitor donor health and safety during the donation process
  • Provide exceptional customer service to donors and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure the highest level of care for donors

Requirements
  • EMT, AEMT, Paramedic, or LPN licensure
  • Experience in a medical or healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
