KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Logistics Operations Coordinator:
  • Design and execute operational performance indicators.
  • Work closely with distribution teams to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Facilitate the use of Warehouse Management Systems for peak operational performance.
  • Assess inventory management and stocktaking initiatives.
  • Contribute to the establishment of distribution center operations.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Expertise in data interpretation using MS Excel and MS Access.
  • Prior experience in a distribution environment is advantageous.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.

ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES

  • Strong analytical capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Self-motivated and innovative thinker.
  • Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Synapse WMS is a plus.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

  • Setting: Combination of Warehouse and Office Environment
  • Physical Demands: Capability to lift items weighing up to 25 lbs and maintain prolonged standing.
