Position Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Financial Analyst with expertise in SaaS technology firms to collaborate closely with our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our analytical capabilities related to forecasting, profitability objectives, and operational efficiency initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic insights to propel essential initiatives, aiding in the formulation of both immediate and long-term objectives.
  • Oversee the reporting of critical product profitability indicators and manage reporting packages for our Product divisions.
  • Facilitate the month-end and quarter-end FP&A closing processes by scrutinizing, interpreting, and reconciling expense variances against budget, while preparing reports for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations, Data, and Accounting teams.
  • Initiate and lead projects aimed at enhancing, automating, and scaling forecasting and reporting tools, processes, and methodologies.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, operations, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Proven ability to perform efficiently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment while ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience as a strategic partner to business units, particularly in FP&A or operational roles.
  • Strong skills in financial modeling, communication, and program management.
  • Familiarity with SaaS efficiency metrics, KPIs, and related concepts.
  • Experience working asynchronously within a distributed team.
Preferred Skills:
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing financial models.
  • Ability to articulate ideas clearly and confidently within the team and across the organization.
