Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ATGPAC Program Manager and Command and Control/Composite Warfare Commander to join our team at Prevailance, Inc. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future readiness of the Navy's Surface Force and contribute to the execution of critically important training and evaluation missions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist ATGPAC in the execution of training and evaluation missions
  • Develop and implement training standards and requirements
  • Provide dynamic, quality afloat training to Navy and Coast Guard Sailors
  • Ensure a combat-ready force capable of performing a broad spectrum of maritime missions
  • Collaborate with Tactical Training Group Pacific to distribute virtual training to ships and other training facilities

Requirements:

  • Must have experience in conducting staff level training with U.S. Navy Strike Group, Fleet, or Major Training Command
  • Naval Warfare Specialist
  • Naval Warfare experience in implementation of Task Group Concept as a Composite Warfare Commander (CWC/B) or as a senior staff member for a Task Group/Force Commander
  • Must have scenario development experience
  • Must have training experience and configuration and operation experience for one or more of the following systems: Modeling and Simulation, Joint Semi Automated Forces (JSAF), Multi-System Automated Remote Control Interface (MARCI), Battle Force Team Trainer (BFTT); Tactical Data Information Link generation systems supporting LOS Link 11(A) /16(J), Satellite-J, Link 16, Global Command and Control System-Maritime (GCCS-M); Tactical Voice/Data Communications

Education and Security Clearance:

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) required, Master's preferred
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance
