Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a CNA/LNA Advisor at ComForCare Home Health Care - Scottsdale. This is a Part Time/Full Time position that will support the growth of our company and help us deliver exceptional care to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, patience to support and help train personnel, and flexibility to support the leadership on field needs. They will be comfortable supporting seniors and their families through a continuum of care.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships within specific facilities to build the client base.
  • Train new caregivers and existing caregivers for personal growth and development to enhance our clients/patients quality of care.
  • Support the leadership team with field needs.
  • Participate in team support and participation across all entities to help grow the continuum of care.
