Job Title: ABA Behavioral Therapist - Glendora

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate ABA Behavioral Therapist to join our team in Glendora. As an ABA Behavioral Therapist, you will work with children and/or adults with developmental delays and challenging behaviors, providing one-to-one-behavior intervention services and implementing and collecting data of the behaviors and goals outlined in the Behavior Support Plan.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one-behavior intervention services to individuals with behavioral challenges
  • Implement and collect data of the behaviors and goals outlined in the Behavior Support Plan
  • Assist client with personal care activities including bathing, oral hygiene, preparation and feeding of meals, dressing and undressing, ambulation and other activities as needed
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Previous experience working in an educational or healthcare setting preferred
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray (as applicable per state and/or client requirement)
  • At least one year of experience working with children/adults with special needs who display challenging or aggressive behaviors
