About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ABA Behavioral Technician to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services in Glendora. As an ABA Behavioral Technician, you will work with children and adults with developmental delays and challenging behaviors, providing one-to-one-behavior intervention services and implementing and collecting data on behavior support plans.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one-behavior intervention services to individuals with behavioral challenges
  • Implement and collect data on behavior support plans
  • Assist clients with personal care activities, including bathing, oral hygiene, and dressing
  • Participate in daily program activities, such as self-help, communication, and social skills training
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience working in an educational or healthcare setting
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray (as applicable per state and/or client requirement)
  • At least one year of experience working with children/adults with special needs who display challenging or aggressive behaviors
