Job Summary

The Client Services Coordinator plays a crucial role in driving business value and meeting customer needs by working closely with Account Managers to source products that fit the expectations and goals of our clients through the power of merchandise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with assigned account managers to drive BDA value and meet customer needs.
  • Attend client meetings with the account manager to understand client needs and brand requirements.
  • Create documents for sales proposals, correspondence, and management reports.
  • Update and maintain orders through internal systems.
  • Source products and ideate based on differentiation strategy and client needs.
  • Monitor project progress and maintain deadlines.
  • Research, create, and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Negotiate costs to maximize profits.
  • Collaborate with sales, production, creative services, supplier services, accounting, warehouse, and other teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain exceptional attendance and punctuality.
  • Able to handle multiple responsibilities with competing deadlines.
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism.
  • Exhibit high levels of service to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or sales support - ad specialty, merchandise industries, a plus.
  • Knowledge of BDA supplier base helpful but not required.
  • Customer Service skills, including ability to work effectively with clients.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Basic project management skills.
  • Ability to learn and maintain processes while working in a fast-paced environment, with changing priorities.
  • Expert interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Exposure to negotiation skills.
Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $41k to $48k. Compensation will be determined based on factors that may include geographic location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any offer.
