  • Project Management: Manage long-term projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Clinical, and Operations, to ensure seamless system integration and adoption.
  • Education and Development: Assess educational needs, develop training programs, and evaluate their effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Resource Management: Provide resource and support services as requested, ensuring timely resolution of system-related issues.
  • System Updates and Maintenance: Assess and assist with system updates, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and optimal system performance.
  • Mentorship and Coaching: Mentor new staff, assess their progress, and provide coaching to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • System Documentation: Draft reference materials and assist with documentation for training courses to ensure effective system use.

Requirements:

  • Education: Associated degree in a related field of science, learning, or computer applications; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Certification: Credentialed in Epic module or applications within 3 months of hire.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience with program development and instructional design.
  • Skills: Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and comprehensive knowledge of Epic module functionality.
