Taking pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences, our Traction Counter Sales team members excel in providing top-notch service and support. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Operating a cash register, computer, and paper cataloging systems to process daily transactions and paperwork
  • Effectively communicating product features, benefits, and warranty information to customers
  • Staying up-to-date on current sales promotions and communicating them to customers
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Providing technical advice and support to customers, including troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Assisting outside sales representatives as needed
  • Performing other tasks assigned by management to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Prior experience in heavy duty parts sales or a related field is preferred
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail sales environment
  • Availability to work weekends
  • A valid driver's license
