Program Overview

Lennar Homes is seeking recent graduates to join our Field Management team as part of our Recent College Grad (RCG) program. This program provides a unique opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in the field of construction management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of construction projects, including scheduling and supervising trade partners
  • Communicate construction progress and feedback to the company through weekly reports
  • Work closely with trade partners and management team to ensure open communication and quality work
  • Maintain and organize construction files for use by management and other field associates
Requirements
  • Graduating from a 4-year college or university between December 2024 and May 2025
  • Working towards a bachelor's degree in construction, civil engineering, architecture, or similar degree
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Valid driver's license, good driving record, and valid auto insurance coverage
  • Knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods
  • Knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and standards
  • Ability to read, understand, and evaluate civil engineering/development plans
  • Competent in conflict and crisis management
  • Familiarity with construction management software packages
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Requirements for the Position

This is primarily a sedentary office position that requires the ability to work in excess of eight hours per day in the confined quarters of an office. Additionally, it requires the ability to bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and/or carry items less than 50 pounds. Finger dexterity is required for operating a computer keyboard and calculator. Office work requires sitting at a computer monitor for extended periods of time, completing paperwork, and receiving and returning phone messages. Standing is required for filing and copying.
