Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Possession of an FAA Airframe and Powerplant License
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to operate company vehicles and equipment without restrictions
  • Must provide personal tools
  • FCC License is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Pre-employment drug screening as per DOT regulations
  • TSA fingerprint check for criminal history records
  • Flexibility to work various shifts
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to stand for extended periods
  • Comfortable climbing stairs, ladders, and working on platforms
  • Able to kneel, bend, and sit as necessary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aircraft Maintenance:
    • Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft, including engines, landing gear, avionics, and other critical components.
    • Perform thorough inspections to identify and rectify potential issues proactively.
  • Troubleshooting and Repairs:
    • Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems using technical manuals and advanced diagnostic tools.
    • Repair or replace defective components, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Compliance and Documentation:
    • Ensure all maintenance activities align with FAA regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
    • Accurately document all maintenance tasks, including parts utilized, repairs completed, and inspections performed.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work in close coordination with other maintenance technicians, engineers, and flight operations staff to ensure efficient aircraft operations.
    • Provide clear and concise updates regarding maintenance issues and statuses.
