Join Our Team as a Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technicians (MTs) play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to maintain and repair equipment, structures, and systems within the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment, including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Conduct carpentry work, including repairs to walls, floors, and ceilings
• Assist with cleaning duties and prepare rooms for guests
• Inspect and maintain hotel facilities, including drives, motors, and belts, and perform routine maintenance tasks
• Assist with completion of preventative maintenance checklists and complete minor repair work orders

Additional Duties:

• Perform general carpentry-related tasks, including landscaping and parking lot repairs
• Assist with PTAC repair/replacement, water heater repair or replacement, and commercial washer/dryer repair
• Check and make minor repairs on electrical systems, including PTAC, light switches, and electrical panels
• Assist with checking and making minor repairs on general plumbing systems and fixtures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
