Board Certified Autism Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at JobGet Staffing. As a Telehealth BCBA, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest possible treatment outcomes for families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage individualized behavior programming, including supervising direct 1:1 treatment services, developing individualized goals and objectives, and conducting behavior assessments.
- Individualize client treatment plans and manage Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs).
- Conduct monthly caregiver training and provide support to families affected by ASD.
