Medication Technician

Terraces of Phoenix, a HumanGood community, is seeking a full-time Medication Certified Technician in our Memory Support unit.
Job Summary:
Under general supervision, the Medication Certified Technician will actively incorporate our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." Develop awareness of residents' interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation. Provide exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs, to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. Create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide medication administration and management.
- Assist with recreational activities and social events.
- Develop and maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure resident needs are met.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Successful completion of the Certified Caregiver Program.
- Certification as a Medication Certified Technician.
- Minimum of one year experience preferred.
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly pay: $23.97 depending on experience.
- Full-time schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 6:00 am to 2:00 pm.
